    Official Terms & Conditions

    1. Sponsor

      The Official Shoptalk Happy Hour HERMÈS Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by RunDTC and participating event sponsors: Shopify, OneStock, Workato, ESW, Marketplacer, January Digital, Mastercard Dynamic Yield, Akeneo, and ShopVision (collectively, the “Sponsors”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by HERMÈS.

       

    2. Eligibility

      The Giveaway is open only to individuals who:

      - Are 21 years of age or older

      - Attend the Official Happy Hour event at the Fountain Terrace, Four Seasons Las Vegas on March 24, 2026 from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM PST

      - Provide a valid email address at registration or onsite check-in 

      - Consent to having their contact information shared with the Sponsors

      - Are in attendance representing a brand or retailer. Sponsors and other software or services vendors are not eligible to win

       

    3. How to Enter

      No purchase necessary to enter. To enter, individuals who are eligible per the terms above ("2. Eligibility"), must show up during the event, register upon entry with the team that is checking participants in.

       

    4. Prizes

      Three (3) Hermes handbags will be given away via a random drawing of names, to eligible entrants.

      Approximate combined retail value (ARV): $10,000 - $17,000

      Each winner will receive one (1) handbag.

      Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions will be made except at Sponsor discretion.

       

    5. Winner Selection

      Winners will be selected at random from eligible, checked-in attendees during a live drawing, either during or after the event.

      Entrants must not be physically present at the time of drawing to claim the prize. If a selected winner is not present, they will be contacted, and arrangements made to deliver their prize

       

    6. Taxes & IRS Reporting

      Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

      Because the prize value exceeds $2,000:

      - Winners must complete and submit IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the prize

      - Sponsors will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or applicable tax form) reflecting the fair market value of the prize

       

       

    7. Publicity

      By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsors permission to use their name, likeness, company name, and event photography for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

       

    8. General Conditions

      Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair the integrity of the Giveaway.

      Sponsors are not responsible for incomplete, late, or misdirected registrations.

      Participation constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

      Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsors and their immediate family members are not eligible.

      Only one entry per person is permitted.

       

    9. Governing Law

      This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
